This page allows you to define and manage the manufacturing processes your suppliers or partners follow. It helps you customize and align their workflow stages with your brand's needs for better communication and streamlined collaboration.

Key Features of the Page

  1. Stage Table:

    • Stage Name: Displays the name of each manufacturing stage (e.g., Cutting, Patternmaking, Sewing).

    • Default: A checkbox to set a stage as the default. This makes the stage the default option in relevant workflows.

    • Setting: Tools to manage each stage:

      • Edit (Pencil Icon): Update the name or default setting of the stage.

      • Delete (Trash Icon): Remove a stage after confirmation.

  2. Add Manufacturing Stage Button:

    • Click this button to create a new manufacturing stage.

  3. Reorder Stages:

    • Drag and drop rows in the stage table to reorder the workflow according to your suppliers' processes.

How to Use This Page

1. Adding a New Manufacturing Stage

  • Click the Add Manufacturing Stage button in the top-right corner.

  • Enter the name of the new stage in the input field that appears.

  • If this stage is to be the default, select the checkbox under the Default column.

  • Click Save to confirm and add the new stage.

2. Editing an Existing Manufacturing Stage

  • Click the Edit (Pencil Icon) next to the stage you want to update.

  • Modify the Stage Name or toggle the Default checkbox.

  • Save your changes by clicking the Save (Check Icon).

3. Reordering Manufacturing Stages

  • Hover over the Reorder Icon (three horizontal lines) on the left side of a row.

  • Drag and drop the row to its new position in the table.

  • The order is automatically saved to reflect your workflow.

4. Deleting a Manufacturing Stage

  • Click the Delete (Trash Icon) next to the stage you wish to remove.

  • Confirm the deletion in the popup window.

Note: Deleting a stage is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure the stage is no longer in use before deletion.

Best Practices

  • Align Stages with Suppliers: Ensure the stages you set up match the processes your manufacturers or suppliers follow for smoother collaboration.

  • Use the Default Option Wisely: Set a frequently used stage as the default to save time when creating workflows.

  • Reorder for Clarity: Keep the stages organized in the logical order they occur in the manufacturing process.
